This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on Luxe Watches and Eyewear are processed and delivered.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are available within Kenya only. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Eligible Products
All products listed on the website are eligible for delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within one (1) business day after successful order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same business day
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders above KES 25,000 qualify for free delivery
- Orders below KES 25,000 attract a flat delivery fee of KES 800
Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
- Delivery within Nairobi: Same day delivery: Order Cut Off time 5pm Monday – Saturday.
- Deliveries Outside Nairobi: 1-2 working days: Order Cut Off time 5pm Monday – Saturday.
While we strive to meet stated timelines, delays caused by factors beyond our control may occur.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Luxe Watches and Eyewear will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
